At Edgewater, our residents live in their own private suites – each equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. We have studio, 1- and 2-bedroom suites available.
Independent living suites include:
- Heating and air conditioning with in-suite control
- Kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave oven
- Safety-equipped bathrooms with walk-in showers and grab bars
- Operable windows with window coverings
- Private balcony
- Fire alarm and sprinkler system
- Electronic door fobs to secure your suite
- Washer/dryer connections (available in select suites or conveniently located on each floor)
- Telephone, cable and internet services (additional fee)
- Rental rates include three daily meals, snacks and beverages
Rental rates, determined by suite size:
- Studio — $3,890 to $4,190
- 1-Bedroom — $5,590 to $5,990
- 2-Bedroom — $6,990 to $7,190
+ $900 for an additional person
